naroua villas on koh tao exceeded our expectations! we loved the private pool in our spacious and stylish villa, and the views were breathtaking. pong, the manager, was so helpful and the free taxi service was convenient for getting around. definitely our favorite place in thailand!

The villa was perfect for our group of friends. the second room with its own bathroom and terrace was fully equipped and separate. Pong's hospitality and fantastic attitude made the whole experience exceptional.

The steep hill roads leading to the villa were a challenge to walk, so planning your day and utilizing the free taxi service is necessary. there were no restaurants nearby, requiring ordering in for meals.

Pool area a bit grotty.

The view was absolutely incredible, providing a stunning backdrop for our stay. the spacious and modern villa was a delight, with a well-equipped kitchen allowing us to cook whenever we wanted. having a taxi service included was a great convenience, making it easy to explore the area.

The steep roads surrounding the villa made it difficult to walk or bike anywhere on foot, which limited our mobility. It would have been more convenient if there were shops and amenities within walking distance.

As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted to find a wide variety of plant-based options on the menu. the staff went out of their way to ensure that our dietary needs were met, offering delicious meals that were both flavorful and satisfying.

Felt right at home here, with the staff always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Nothing was too much trouble, making our experience truly exceptional.

As low-budget travelers, we really appreciated the stunning views, complete privacy, and thoughtful design of the villa. The pool, without chlorine, was a great touch. The host was kind and helpful, and the included pickups from the ferry were a bonus. The villa felt like our own section of paradise.

As a senior woman, I was truly delighted by the charming decor of the hotel. The attention to detail in its design, from the elegant furnishings to the tasteful artwork, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the general areas of the hotel were easily accessible for someone like me, with well-maintained pathways and ramps that made getting around hassle-free. It was such a pleasure to explore and relax in such a beautifully decorated environment.

The only suggestion I would have for a better vacation experience for senior people is a more attentive and helpful staff. Though the children working there were generally pleasant, there were a few instances where I could have benefited from additional assistance.

Absolutely fabulous! Stayed here a week, wish we could've stayed another month. The view alone is mind-blowing, worth every penny. Private pool, super clean, massive terrace, separate rooms with ensuite bathrooms for ultimate relaxation. The kitchen is nice, just needs a few more utilities and counter space. The driver is excellent, always available within 20 minutes. Maid service is great, always keeping us refreshed with bottled water. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. this place is a jaw-dropping paradise for a romantic getaway. We're definitely coming back!

What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the host and staff. They were welcoming and always ready to assist with any needs or requests. The complimentary shuttle car was a convenient way to explore nearby beaches, restaurants, and shops.

One minor drawback was the limited condiments available in the villa. It would have been nice to have salt, pepper, and milk provided.

The efficient services, including express check-in/-out and VIP treatment, made us feel like true VIPs. this was a super satisfying experience that we would highly recommend to anyone.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in Koh Tao. The staff was incredibly helpful and communicative, and the view from my villa was absolutely breathtaking. The beds and sofas were incredibly comfortable, and I even got an extra villa for free when the AC in my original villa wasn't working. The attention to detail in the accommodation was impeccable, and Mr. Pong, the hotel employee, was absolutely unique and always willing to help. The free taxi service was a great asset, and the drivers were amazing. I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel.
